Hoping to escape from the reality of a bad decision, Olivia agrees to leave her privileged lifestyle in NYC to help an injured war veteran in rural Maine. Paul, a 24 year old man, was left scarred and broken after being tortured following an ambush. He is hostile and reclusive, refusing to do the physical therapy and scares off the caregivers that his father has hired. Keeping Olivia around for three months is Paul's last chance, before his father cuts him off from the money he has been using for a good cause. Both being incredibly stubborn, will they help or hinder each other...
A great story! Loved the relationship between them, even at their worst.
