It's been seven years since he set foot in his coastal hometown of Beachwood Bay. Tegan Callahan is the sister of over protective brothers Dex, Ash and Blake. Wanting some alone time, she leaves LA to spend time at Dex's beach house in Beachwood Bay while he is on tour.
A touching story of two strangers, who meet up again by chance for a second time, both broken by a loved one's addiction, helping each other heal. The love they soon feel is unstoppable.
